The Ministry of Development and Trade has launched a competition for the concession of terminals in the port of Chornomorsk

The Ministry of Development and Trade announced a competition (competitive dialogue) for the concession project for the First and Container Terminals in the port of Chornomorsk.
This was reported on the Ministry’s website.
The object of the concession is:
• existing property on the balance sheet of the State Enterprise “MTP “Chornomorsk”” within the Universal Sea Terminal and the Grain Sea Terminal (Chornomorsk, Odesa region, Pratsi Street, 6);
• existing property (including immovable, movable and berths No. 1-6) on the balance sheet of the State Enterprise “USPA” within the Universal Sea Terminal and the Grain Sea Terminal;
• property created and/or constructed by the concessionaire in the process of executing the concession agreement (including newly constructed real estate by the concessionaire and movable property that will be acquired by the concessionaire in accordance with the terms of the concession agreement).
The concessionaire is the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine. The concession term will be 40 years.
The deadline for submitting applications for participation in the preliminary selection is 75 days from the date of publication of the announcement (December 20).
