The Ministry of Development proposes to provide access to the berths of the port of Chornomorsk through Prozorro

The State Enterprise “Chornomorsk Port” is launching a pilot project that will provide access to port services through electronic auctions.
This became known known from the meeting of the Coordination Council for the Development of the Competitive Environment in Seaports, at which new approaches and mechanisms in the work of seaports were identified.
As noted in the Ministry of Development, the key marker of changes in ports is the pilot project at the State Enterprise “Chornomorsk Port” – from now on, access to transshipment services, berths and warehouses will be provided through the mechanism of open electronic auctions Prozorro.Sales.
“This means that “manual” management and subjective decisions become impossible, uniform competition rules are introduced for all market participants, and each stage of service provision becomes public and accountable,” the ministry says.
Separately, the Ukrzaliznytsia team, together with the Ministry of Development, is also working on creating a capacity allocation system. Representatives of UZ reported on the current situation regarding existing restrictions and presented a vision of optimal railway routes. The main goal is to introduce a transparent distribution system for ports, ensuring sustainable logistics.
Earlier, USM reported that they plan to create a single administration for Ukrainian ports on the Danube.
