The Ministry of Reconstruction named the conditions for the restoration of Kherson port

Kherson sea trade port will be able to resume work only after two conditions are met.
The main condition is the de-occupation of the left bank of the Kherson region, said Deputy Minister of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine Yurii Vaskov in an interview with LIGA.net
“Due to the occupation of the left bank and the Kinburn Spit, navigation there is now dangerous,” he explained.
The second necessary condition, according to the deputy minister, is the cessation of shelling of Kherson.
“This is primarily due to regular shelling of the city. Kherson port has been idle since February 24, 2022. Even after the deoccupation of the city, we cannot start it,” said Vaskov.
