Units of the Ukrainian Navy detained three violators of the state border. This was reported by the press service of the Naval Forces.

While performing tasks, the military discovered a small vessel, which was heading south. Two assault boats were deployed to intercept it.

The Navy emphasized that unauthorized entry into the sea is not only a violation of the law, but also a direct threat to life. Each unfounded exit of a civilian vessel forces the defense forces to be distracted by checking unknown vessels in the area of ​​enemy activity and creates an additional risk for the crews.

The Navy recalled that Russia has repeatedly attacked Ukrainian boats with attack drones. Recently, the enemy attacked two boats of the Maritime Search and Rescue Service that were carrying out a humanitarian mission within the Ukrainian sea corridor, resulting in civilian casualties.
