The NSDC agreed on a set of measures to make the Russian Federation responsible for the terrorist act at the Kakhovska HPP

At the meeting of the National Security Council, a set of international and security measures was agreed upon against Russia for committing a terrorist attack on the Kakhovska HPP.

On the morning of June 6, President Zelenskyy held an urgent meeting of the National Security Council, the official Telegram channel of the President reports.

This night at 02:50, Russian terrorists carried out an internal detonation of the structures of the Kakhovska HPP. There are about 80 settlements in the flooding zone.

The President instructed to carry out evacuation from the risk areas and provide drinking water to all cities and villages that were supplied with water from the Kakhovskyi Reservoir.

All services, the military, the government and the Office of the President are involved, the message says.

“At the NSDC meeting, a set of international and security measures was agreed upon to hold Russia accountable for this terrorist attack. To strict responsibility,” Zelenskyy said.
