The Odesa USPA branch will spend over 25 million on shelter repairs

In Odesa, they plan to carry out a major overhaul of the storage facility of the branch of the Sea Ports Administration of Ukraine. More than UAH 25 million will be allocated for the work.
The tender was published on the public procurement website Prozorro.
The Odesa branch of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” announced a tender for the major overhaul of storage facility No. 10, which is located at 3 Hansa Hermana Street. The expected cost of the work is UAH 25.46 million.
According to the terms of the tender, the work must be completed by December 31, 2026. The auction is scheduled for October 24.
The work includes a complete major overhaul of the storage facility in compliance with building codes and standards approved by the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine. The design documentation was developed back in 2024, and the technical specifications are determined in accordance with the current budget standards.
As previously reported by USM, as of September, the Odesa branch of the State Enterprise “USPA” has spent over UAH 60 million on repairs since the beginning of 2025. The largest expenses were repairs of vessels and berths, as well as the renovation of other port infrastructure.
