The State Property Fund auctioned the confiscated agricultural company of a Russian oligarch.
The fourth auction for the sale of the agricultural company “Investagro” was successful, the asset was sold. This is reported in Prozorro. Sales.
The winner of the bidding was “Dniproagro Agricultural Company” LLC, it had no competitors. The lot was sold for UAH 27 million.
“Investagro” is an active producer of agricultural products located in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The main crops are sunflower, wheat, rapeseed, millet.
Previously, “Investagro” belonged to the Russian billionaire, shareholder of the titanium corporation “VSMPO-Avisma” Mikhail Shelkov.
On February 24, 2023, the Cabinet of Ministers handed over the confiscated assets of Shelkov to the management of the Federal State University. Among them are 100% of Investagro LLC, 100% of VSMPO TITAN Ukraine LLC, 100% of Demurinsky Mining and Processing Plant LLC, 100% of Tai-Minerals LLC, etc..
It will be recalled that earlier the SBU notified oligarch Mykhailo Shelkov of the suspicion that he had supplied Russia with Ukrainian titanium raw materials for the production of Kalibr missiles.
Later, the Security Service detained Shelkov’s “right-hand man” in Dnipro, the Russian Oleksandr Fedoseev.
