The Port of Chornomorsk held the first auction through Prozorro for transshipment services

The Black Sea Port successfully held the first auction in Prozorro.Sales for mineral fertilizer transshipment services.
This was reported by the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
Five companies competed for mineral fertilizer transshipment services. The winner offered UAH 220 per ton, while the starting price was UAH 197.
According to the terms of the auction, the port of Chornomorsk must transship 50 thousand tons of cargo by September 30, 2026.
“The first auction for the sale of port services through Prozorro.Sales is practical proof that state ports can operate according to modern, transparent and competitive rules. We are consistently implementing new management mechanisms, the focus of which is openness, accountability and equal access for business. It is precisely such tools that build market confidence and ensure the effective use of state assets,” emphasized the Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine – Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Kuleba.
As a reminder, the Black Sea Port State Enterprise has experimentally begun the implementation of certain port services through open tenders.
