The port of Klaipeda is ready to export Ukrainian grain
The port of Lithuania is capable of shipping 10 million tons of Ukrainian grain. At the same time, the logistics of delivery to the coast of the Baltic Sea are difficult.
“It’s a huge problem because it involves many things, different countries, different arrangements, different interests and so on. If this issue is resolved, Klaipeda will be able to provide 100% service of part of the Ukrainian grain already today,” said Algis Latakas, general director of the port of Klaipeda, LRT. writes.
