The port of Ochakіv was attacked again – a tug was damaged

On Thursday, September 22, the rashists struck a new blow with Iranian kamikaze drones on the port infrastructure of Ochakіv.
This is the third time that russian troops have attacked the port of Ochaksv. First, on September 20, they struck with two kamikaze drones. The next day, September 21, the port was shelled with barrel artillery. And yesterday, September 22, the next strike was carried out.
“The enemy is intensifying air attacks using Iranian kamikaze drones of the Shahed-136 type.” It was in this way that the port infrastructure of Ochakіv was once again struck. One of the two attacking drones was shot down by our units, the other hit a port tugboat,” says the message of the OC “Pivden”.
The military said that the firefighters promptly extinguished the fire. There are no casualties.
It also became known that yesterday, September 22, the Armed Forces shot down 4 Iranian kamikaze drones near the Mykolayiv region. This was reported by OC “Pivden”.
In mid-August, it became known that Iran had sold a thousand of its drones to russia. Already on September 13, the Strategic Communications Department of the Armed Forces reported that the Ukrainian military shot down the Iranian Shahed-136 attack drone for the first time. The drone was shot down near Kupyansk, Kharkiv region.
The military confirmed that Shahed-136s, repainted in russian colors and renamed Geran-2, are increasingly being spotted near the positions of Ukrainian armored and artillery vehicles.
In its turn, Israel agreed to transfer to Ukraine equipment to combat Iranian drones. Ukraine also asked Israel to share any intelligence on russian-Iranian cooperation.
