The preventive measure was extended for the former Minister of Infrastructure Pivovarskyi
The period of validity of the procedural duties assigned to former Minister of Infrastructure Andrii Pivovarskyi was extended by two months.
“On Monday, May 15, the investigative judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court extended for 2 months the period of validity of the procedural duties assigned to the former Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine,” the court reported.
The suspect must:
• to appear at the request of the investigator (detective), the prosecutor and the court;
• notify the investigator (detective), prosecutor or court about a change of residence and place of work, trips outside Kyiv and the Kyiv region;
• refrain from communication with the persons specified in the decision of the investigating judge.
The ex-minister is suspected of committing a criminal offense provided for in Part 2 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. We will remind, on February 22, ex-Minister of Infrastructure Andrii Pyvovarskyi and his deputy were informed of suspicion of abuses, which caused more than 30 million dollars in damages.
