The property of the Kyiv Shipyard is being sold for debts


The National Bank of Ukraine is selling the property of “Kyiv Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant”. The company owed the bank more than UAH 4 billion.

The Kyiv Court satisfied the application of the National Bank and granted permission to sell the property of PJSC “Kyiv Shipbuilding Ship and Repair Plant”. The company is a property guarantor for the obligations of the Finance and Credit bank to the National Bank in the amount of over UAH 4 billion, the press service of the NBU reports.

In 2009-2010, the plant entered into mortgage contracts with the National Bank of Ukraine. Since the loan obligations were not fulfilled, the National Bank applied to the court to recover the property of the bankrupt plant.

These are buildings with a total area of ​​43,440 square meters. m and movable property, which is the property of “Kyiv Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant”.
