The Russian Federation can no longer mine the Black Sea
The Russian invaders no longer have such opportunities to mine the Black Sea as before.
Currently, the Russians cannot mine the Black Sea. This was reported by the spokesman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Dmytro Pletenchuk, Ukrinform writes.
Previously, the occupiers carried out remote mining of the water area with the help of aviation. After the last downing of the Russian Su-24 bomber, the enemy lost this opportunity.
However, mine danger still remains relevant. In particular, stray mines, which are carried by storms to the coast of the Black Sea, pose a threat.
Recently, one such mine was discovered on the coast of Romania. To investigate the dangerous find, the military involved a team of 39 divers.
