The Russian Federation promises to return to the Grain Agreement, but there is a nuance

Moscow is trying to manipulate the world, claiming that it will return to the Grain Agreement “upon fulfillment of all conditions” of the Russian Federation.

Russian President Vladimir Putin once again stated that Russia will “immediately return to the Grain Agreement” after fulfilling the conditions of the Russian Federation. This position was previously  announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitriy Peskov.

The terrorist country demands to “resolve issues” with ship freight and insurance of Russian export shipments, as well as to create conditions for expanding supplies of fertilizers and raw materials for their production and to restore the operation of the Togliatti-Odesa ammonia pipeline.

The head of the Kremlin complained that the increase in the cost of ship freight and international financial settlements allegedly led to a drop in the profitability of Russian exports by half.

According to Putin, Russian fertilizer producers faced a similar problem. Due to the sanctions, their losses, apparently, amount to about 1.6 billion dollars.

We will remind you that earlier the European Commission offered to make concessions to Russia and open the transit of ammonia through the territory of Ukraine. However, the terrorist country withdrew from the negotiation process.

Despite the fact that Moscow complains about the low volume of ammonia exports, the Russian Federation continues to export fertilizers through its ports, in particular, to Asian countries. Complaints by Russian politicians that Russian grain exports are “suffering” due to Western sanctions are also untrue. Since the beginning of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation, food prices have increased by 22%, and on July 18-19 they jumped even higher. Thus, Russia continues to receive record profits from grain exports.
