The Russian thief bulk carrier “Matros Pozynych” is loaded with grain in Sevastopol
On Friday, August 5, the bulk carrier “Matros Pozynych” was spotted in Sevastopol in Dokova Bay, which was repeatedly transporting stolen Ukrainian grain.
Since August 5, the vessel has been loading at the Avlita grain terminal, writes BlackSeaNews. On July 25, the ship “Matros Pozynych” left the port of Istanbul, and on July 27, it entered the port of “Kavkaz” on the Taman Peninsula of Russia. After that, the AIS system, which allows tracking the location of the vessel, was turned off.
Officially, on February 24, the Russian Ministry of Defense closed navigation for civilian vessels along the entire western coast of Crimea, but this does not prevent several vessels from regularly entering the ports of Crimea.
As previously reported by USM, the court ordered the arrest of four vessels that carried out illegal activities in the Crimea.
According to the investigation, the vessels “Matros Pozynych”, “Mykhailo Nenashev”, “Matros Koshka” and another Syrian vessel systematically enter the closed port of Sevastopol. Russia uses Crimea as a “grey zone” for the transportation of grain it illegally seized in Ukraine.
