The Russians launched a grain port terminal in occupied Berdyansk
In the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region, the Russians launched the grain terminal “Nova Khortytsia”, located in the port of Berdyansk.
CTS writes about it.
“We carried out the initial repair of the grain elevator terminal “Nova Khortytsia”, we launched it, and it works both for receiving and issuing cargo. In the future – the use of automation,” says Volodymyr Stelmachenko, the “director” of the Berdyansk sea trade port appointed by the occupiers.
Also, in the Zaporizhzhia region, the Russian occupiers are trying to establish the process of exporting stolen Ukrainian grain. For this purpose, they use the infrastructure of Ukrainian agricultural and stevedoring enterprises located in the territory not under the control of the Ukrainian authorities.
Local collaborators “nationalized” the port-side elevator of the enterprise “Nova Khortytsia” in Berdyansk, the loading complex of the company “Asket Shipping” in the port of Berdyansk, the elevators of the enterprises “Kernel”, “Optimus” and other grain traders.
