The Shipping Administration has updated the contact center for seafarers

The State Service of Sea and Inland Water Transport and Shipping of Ukraine has opened an updated contact center for seafarers’ consultations.

“We always receive a lot of questions about the seafarer’s documents and the conditions for providing the relevant services. During the military operations in the country and the temporary occupation of the maritime regions, questions about the restoration of educational documents, work documents, the procedure for leaving for work abroad and others spread. Many of these issues are within the competence of the State Service of Sea and Inland Water Transport and Shipping of Ukraine,” the Administration noted.
