The State Property Fund put up for auction a warehouse site in the port of Reni

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction for the lease of real estate – a warehouse area of ​​a berth with a total area of ​​1,352.0 m² in the city of Reni, Odesa region.

The auction is scheduled to be held in the electronic trading system “Prozorro.Sales”, the State Property Fund of Ukraine reported.

The acceptance of offers for participation in the auction will last until 20:00 on February 16. The auction itself is scheduled for February 17.

The starting price is 855.3 thousand hryvnias excluding VAT.

An open warehouse area (rear of berth No. 31) consisting of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs is being put up for auction.

• area: 1,352.0 m²;

• address: Odesa region, city of Reni, Dunayska st., 188;

• balance sheet holder: SE “Reni Sea Commercial Port”;

• condition: reinforced concrete slab covering, ready for operation by heavy machinery or cargo storage.
