The Ukrainian maritime corridor began to work around the clock

The maritime corridor from the ports of Great Odesa became operational 24 hours a day. Permits to work at night were granted by the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine Yurii Vaskov, writes CTS.

According to him, permission was obtained from the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to work around the clock.

The possibility of ships passing through the corridor at night will also increase the volume of sea exports by at least 20%.

In particular, in March, the pace of work of the maritime corridor is comparable to that of February, since in recent days the work of the ports was hindered by a storm on the Black Sea.

We will remind, as of March 11, more than 1,000 ships left the ports of Great Odesa through the humanitarian corridor.
