The Navy destroyed two sea mines near the Black Sea coast.

On August 22, a Navy unit destroyed the mines by controlled detonation, the department reported.

The Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reminded that the Black Sea coast and coastal waters remain a line of defense, a danger zone. The military urges not to ignore martial law restrictions and to stay away from dangerous zones and objects.

In the event of the discovery of suspicious or explosive objects, in no case should you approach them, touch them or try to move/dispose of them yourself. If such objects are discovered, notify the relevant services.

Earlier, the USM reported that about 18 anti-ship mines were discovered off the coast of the Tuzlivski Limany National Park.
