The Verkhovna Rada supported the reorganization of the State Property Fund
On February 23, the Verkhovna Rada adopted No. 8250 in the first reading. It is aimed at improving the management structure of the State Property Fund.
“Today, the Fund is not only the head office, but also 12 regional branches, each of which is a separate legal entity,” the press service of the Federal State University of Ukraine noted.
After the adoption of the law, the Fund will function as a complete legal entity.
The department emphasized that the document “will remove chaos from management within the fund.” This, in turn, will allow employees to set market salaries.
As a result, the fund will manage state assets more effectively, fill the state budget through privatization and create new jobs.
In addition, the Fund will create a unified approach to the recruitment and management system, as well as digitize the internal document flow and improve the risk analysis system.
