Ukraine exports wheat by sea to Yemen
As part of the Grain from Ukraine initiative, Yemen (Asia) will receive 30,000 tons of Ukrainian wheat.
“This is already the sixth vessel within the Grain from Ukraine program, the purpose of which is to provide Ukrainian wheat to countries suffering from hunger,” the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine reports.
On Sunday, March 19, the bulk carrier Negmar Cicek docked at the port of Chornomorsk.
As of 8 a.m. on Monday, March 20, 7,000 tons of Ukrainian wheat were loaded onto the ship.
Also, under the auspices of the UN WFP, Ethiopia will receive another 30,000 tons of Ukrainian wheat. In the port of “Odesa” the bulk carrier Deniz M has been loaded.
Today, 3 ships with 154,000 tons of agricultural products for Asia and Europe left the ports of Great Odesa.
