Ukraine has exported over 4 million tons of grain since the beginning of the new season

Since the beginning of the 2025/2026 MY, Ukraine has exported 4 million tons of grain and leguminous crops, compared to 6.7 million tons a year earlier.
As of August 29, Ukraine has exported 4.014 million tons of grain since the beginning of the season. This is evidenced by data from the State Customs Service on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
Thus, during this time, 2.5 million tons of wheat were exported from Ukraine – 24.6% less than in the same period last year.
Corn was exported 882 thousand tons. This is 60.6% less than last year. Barley was shipped 562 thousand tons – 48.5% less than in the same period of the 2024/2025 MY.
Ukraine also exported 9.2 thousand tons of flour – 12.4% less than last year. Rye has not yet been exported from Ukraine this season.
