Ukraine has exported over 5 million tons of grain since the beginning of the new season

Since the beginning of the 2025/2026 MY, Ukraine has exported over 5 million tons of grain, compared to over 8.5 million tons a year earlier.
As of September 10, Ukraine has exported 5.028 million tons of grain since the beginning of the season. This is evidenced by data from the State Customs Service on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
Thus, during this time, 3.42 million tons of wheat were exported from Ukraine — compared to 4.67 million tons for the same period last year.
Corn was exported 890 thousand tons. This is 64% less than last year’s volume (2.49 million tons). Barley was shipped 685 thousand tons — 40% less than the same period of the 2024/2025 MY (1.16 million tons).
Rye has not yet been exported from Ukraine this season.
Earlier, USM reported that since the beginning of the year, Ukraine has exported goods worth $26.3 billion.
