Ukraine has nothing to do with the Nord Stream explosions
The Office of the President denied the involvement of Ukrainians in the sabotage of the Nord Stream and Nord Stream-2 gas pipelines.
Ukraine is not involved in sabotage of gas pipelines and has no information about this incident, Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said on March 7.
“Although I like to collect interesting conspiracy theories about the Ukrainian government, I must note: Ukraine has no relation to the incident in the Baltic Sea and has no information about “pro-Ukrainian sabotage groups”. What happened to “Nord Streams”? “They have sunk,” as they say in the Russian Federation itself…” the adviser wrote on Twitter.
Earlier, the American publication The New York Times claimed that a “pro-Ukrainian group” was involved in the explosions on the “Nord Streams”. At the same time, “there is no evidence that Ukrainian officials are involved in the operation,” the article notes. However, according to US intelligence, opponents of the putin regime are allegedly involved in the attack on the gas pipelines.
