Ukraine introduced sanctions against structural units of the Russian Railways

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, introduced sanctions against 51 individuals and 220 legal entities. Among them are the structural units of OJSC “RZD”.
The list included Russian Railways structures, such as RZD Upravlenie Aktivamy JSC, RZD Logistics JSC, RZD-Zdorovye JSC, RZDstroy JSC, Okhranoe Predpriyatie RZH-Okhrana JSC, Roszheldorproekt JSC, as well as JSC “Research and design institute of informatization, automation and communication on railway transport” and many others, пише Rail.Insider.
19 Belarusian enterprises also fell under the restrictions. Restrictions are introduced for 10 years.
It is noted that due to sanctions, the assets of these companies are blocked, trade operations are completely stopped, and the fulfillment of financial obligations to these enterprises is stopped.
