Ukraine shows off Long Neptune anti-ship missile for the first time — media

In Ukraine, the Long Neptune anti-ship cruise missile with a flight range of 1,000 km was officially shown for the first time.
This was reported by Defence Express.
The long-range version of the R-360 Neptune missile, known as the Long Neptune, was tested back in March 2025 and is already capable of hitting the enemy at a range of 1,000 km.
But despite the fact that the development of the missile has been known since November 2023, it has not yet been shown. However, on August 24, on the Independence Day of Ukraine, a video was released on the official account of the state portal Zbroya, which, most likely, demonstrates the Long Neptune along with other samples of Ukrainian weapons.
No specifications of this missile have yet been made public, but the 1,000 km range parameter has been previously announced, as has the fact that the missile is designed to hit ground targets.
USM previously reported that the SBU had detained Chinese spies who were collecting technology for the production of Neptune anti-ship missiles.
