Ukraine warns Turkey about ship with stolen grain that left occupied Mariupol

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has informed Turkey about the movement of a ship with stolen Ukrainian grain.

This was reported by the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Heorhiy Tykhy, on the social network X.

According to him, Ukraine regularly informs the Turkish side about the facts of illegal transportation of goods from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

“We also reported on the latest case – the ship  Victoria V  transported 6,000 tons of stolen Ukrainian grain from Mariupol to Tekirdag. We value our reliable strategic partnership with Turkey and expect appropriate actions,” said Heorhiy Tykhy.

As previously reported by USM, Turkey summoned the ambassadors of Ukraine and Russia due to attacks on ships in the Black Sea. Ankara said that it asks the parties to refrain from escalation within its economic zone.
