Ukrainian ports have processed over 15 million tons of cargo since the beginning of the year


Since the beginning of 2026, the ports of Great Odesa have handled 14.5 million tons, the Danube ports – 1.1 million tons of cargo.

This was reported by the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.

Thus, the main volume of transshipment since the beginning of the year was provided by the ports of Great Odesa – 14.5 million tons, of which 8.5 million tons are grain exports. The Danube ports processed 1.1 million tons of cargo, of which 221 thousand tons are grain.

In total, since September 2023, almost 179 million tons of cargo have been transported through the Ukrainian sea corridor, of which 107 million tons are grain. In particular, 7,087 vessels were processed during this period.

The ministry also noted that the enemy continues to systematically attack the port infrastructure of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 726 port infrastructure facilities and 153 civilian vessels have been damaged or partially destroyed, and 238 civilians have been injured.
