PJSC “Ukrhydroenergo” has prepared a project for a temporary structure on the site of the Kakhovka hydroelectric plant.
The department has prepared a project for the construction of a temporary hydraulic structure at the site of the Kakhovska HPP. This was stated by the CEO of Ukrhydroenergo Ihor Syrota, Ukrinform reports.
A year ago, the Cabinet of Ministers made a decision to develop a project to temporarily connect the left and right banks of the Kherson region and stop the operation of the reservoir.
“Such projects of temporary hydraulic structures exist, they are already ready for implementation,” said Syrota.
According to him, now the hydropower workers are waiting for the deoccupation of the entire Kherson region in order to start work.
