UMCC changed its name and CEO: who joined the new team

JSC “United Mining and Chemical Company” has changed its name, CEO and team.

This was reported in a press release by UMCC (the new investor of UMCC).

At the end of July, a working meeting of the UMCC central office staff was held, during which employees were introduced to the activities of the strategic investor – NEQSOL Holding, and the company’s updated management team was officially presented.

The updated management team was presented by UMCC CEO Dimitri Kalandadze. In addition to Kalandadze, it includes:

• Rishad Aliyev – First Deputy CEO;

• Nikoloz Sisauri – Deputy CEO for Legal Affairs and Corporate Governance;

• Jalal Hajibekov – Director for Strategic Development and Transformation;

• Vlad Klymenko – Director for Commercial Affairs;

• Valery Zakharenko – Director for Operations.

USM previously reported that the Antimonopoly Committee allowed an Azerbaijani investor to privatize United Mining and Chemical Company JSC.
