Thus, as part of the talks to end the Russian-Ukrainian war, the countries are discussing access to ports in the Black Sea and the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant.

There is access to ports. There is an agreement on the potential of the Black Sea, there are a lot of elements,” Witkoff commented.
He noted that the situation is “complicated, but no one is giving up.”
Also, Witkoff is positive about the conversation between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, which is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18. He noted that the two presidents “have had a real relationship since Trump’s first term as president.”
