USPA is among the three most profitable state-owned companies in Ukraine in 2024

The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority provided over UAH 2.7 billion in net profit and became a key source of revenue for the budget.
At the end of 2024, the USPA ranked second among state-owned companies in Ukraine in terms of net profit. This was reported by the press service of the state-owned enterprise.
According to the OpenDataBot analytical report, the company ended the year with UAH 2.7 billion in profit. In terms of revenue, the USPA entered the top four, receiving UAH 6.3 billion in operating income and over UAH 7 billion in total income. In the first quarter of 2025, the company has already transferred over UAH 923 million in taxes and mandatory payments to the budget.
“The maritime industry is one of the key sectors of the economy that remains resilient even in wartime. The profitability and stable operation of the USPA is evidence of the industry’s potential for sustainable development,” said Andriy Kashuba, Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development.
The USPA remains a strategic asset for the Ukrainian economy: the company ensures the operation of port infrastructure, supports employment and is one of the largest taxpayers among state-owned enterprises. According to Kashuba, such results confirm the importance of the infrastructure sector for stabilizing the economy and its post-war recovery.
The USPA saved over UAH 57 million on public procurement.
