USPA will allocate 100 million to protect port infrastructure

Ukrainian ports are strengthening protection against enemy UAVs, and the percentage of attacks repelled is also increasing.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.
The head of the USPA, Mykola Kravchuk, noted that the USPA, together with business, have directly joined this work.
“This year, the USPA has allocated more than UAH 100 million for measures to protect port infrastructure. But we understand: the result is determined not only by funding, but primarily by coordinated daily work. That is why we continue to look for solutions together with business that strengthen the joint protection of infrastructure,” Mykola Kravchuk emphasized.
He added that today an important dynamic is already being recorded – protection has been strengthened, units are working systematically, and the percentage of attacks repelled is increasing.
This interaction was noted during the awarding of port management and business representatives by the Defense Forces.
“Once again, I would like to thank the military for the work that often remains outside public attention, but is critically important for us. “Interaction with units working directly in the ports is effective and will continue to strengthen,” the head of the USPA concluded.
