USPA will pay UAH 11.4 million for the repair of the barge “Odessos”

The Southern Branch of the State Enterprise “Sea Ports Administration of Ukraine” has selected a contractor for the repair of the oil tanker barge “Odessos”.
The expected cost of the repair was UAH 12 million, according to the public procurement website Prozorro.
Two companies took part in the competition for the repair of the “Odessos”: LLC “Kherson Flot Service” and PrJSC “ISRZ”.
LLC “Kherson Flot Service” offered UAH 11.24 million for its work.
According to the terms of the contract, the work includes eliminating technical malfunctions of the vessel, as well as comprehensive restoration of its main functions for further use in the seaports of Ukraine. The contractor must complete the work by December 31, 2025.
According to YouControl, LLC “Kherson Flot Service” is a company that was registered in 2019. It specializes in the repair and maintenance of ships and boats, as well as the construction of ships and floating structures. The main activity is the repair of ships and boats, which includes both maintenance and troubleshooting of floating platforms.
The head of the enterprise is Nina Stanislavivna Khandusenko, who is also the main founder and beneficiary of the company.
In particular, LLC “Kherson Fleet Service” concluded one of the largest contracts with the State Enterprise “Reniysky Sea Trade Port” for the repair of floating berths and ships.

The oil tanker barge “Odessos” was built in 1994 at the Kiliya SSRZ. Length – 76.50 m, width – 11 m, deadweight – 1313 tons. The vessel has 10 cargo tanks, with a total volume of 1,354 cubic meters, and a double bottom in the tank area.
