UZ canceled the results of the auctions regarding wagon shipments to sea ports

JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” canceled the results of the auctions for March 27 regarding the realization of wagon shipments in UZ grain carriers in the direction of sea ports.
The deputy director of the company’s commercial work department Valery Tkachev informed about the cancellation of the results, writes Rail.Insider. According to Tkachev, TC FORTIS LLC, which does not have contractual relations with JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, was admitted to the bidding. This is a violation of the technical regulation and bidding procedure.
According to the official, the company became the “fictitious winner” of the bidding on March 27, 2023 for the receipt of 150 wagon shipments in grain carriers of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” (in the export connection in the direction of the ports) at a rate of UAH 2,676.53/day.
“Due to a violation of the technical regulations and the procedure for conducting auctions on the ETS “Prozorro.Prodazhi”, JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” cancels the results of the auctions, in which LLC “TC FORTIS” was determined as the winner; and will also apply to ETS “Prozorro.Prodazhi” regarding the exclusion of the site of “E-Tender” LLC from the list of sites that participate in the organization of tenders for the sale of wagon shipments of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia,” Valery Tkachev emphasized.
He added that this platform repeatedly violated the terms and procedures of bidding, giving access to bidding to companies that do not have contractual relations with Ukrzaliznytsia JSC. The company also intends to apply to LLC “E-Tender” with a lawsuit regarding the compensation of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” losses from the cancellation of the auction results.
