The Verkhovna Rada did not support three blocking resolutions on the abolition of export duties on soybeans and rapeseed.

This was stated by People’s Deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

Thus, the Verkhovna Rada did not support three resolutions that proposed to cancel the vote on draft law No. 13157, in particular, amendments to the introduction of a 10% export duty on soybeans and rapeseed.

Three parliamentarians registered three draft resolutions in the Verkhovna Rada (13157-P, 13157-P1, 13156-P2) on the abolition of the decision to adopt in the second reading and in general the draft law on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine in connection with the adoption of the law “On Integrated Prevention and Control of Industrial Pollution” (No. 13157 of April 7, 2025).

During the vote, only 21-23 parliamentarians supported the blocking resolutions.
