Vessels with grain nevertheless left the ports of Great Odesa
As of the morning of October 31, vessels continue to depart from the ports of Great Odesa along the “grain corridor”.
On Monday, October 31, 12 ships with 354.5 thousand tons of agricultural products left the sea ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk and Pivdennyi for countries in Africa, Asia and Europe. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
Among them is the bulk carrier Ikaria Angel (Panama flag) with Ukrainian wheat for Ethiopia, which is on the verge of starvation. This is the seventh vessel chartered by the UN World Food Program (WFP).
At the same time, passage to Ukrainian ports for loading is allowed for 4 vessels that passed the RCC inspection the day before with the participation of all parties, including representatives of russia.
As USM previously reported, the Joint Coordination Center in Istanbul approved the movement of 16 “grain initiative” vessels in Turkish waters.
