Video surveillance systems are being reconstructed in the port of Izmail for almost 4 million

Izmail port has determined the winner of the tender for the modernization of the video surveillance system. The cost of the work will be UAH 3 million 947 thousand.
This became known from the results of the tender on the public procurement website Prozorro.
On September 16, the tender was won by Kyiv LLC “Scientific and Production Firm Avt-prom”, bypassing its Odessa competitor LLC “Fire Protection Systems” due to document inconsistencies.
This concerns the reconstruction of the video surveillance system in the territories of production and transshipment complexes 1 and 3, the production complex of mechanization, repair and construction site, car management and port administration.
The cost of the work will be 3 million 947 thousand UAH, which is 133.3 thousand less than the maximum possible price that the customer was willing to pay. The terms of the contract stipulate that the winning company will perform the list of installation works and upgrade the existing video surveillance system by December 31, 2025.
The Odesa company offered a lower price than its competitor — 3.7 million hryvnias, but this fact did not help them win, since a discrepancy was found in the documents.
According to YouControl, the Kyiv LLC “Scientific and Production Firm Avt-prom” was registered in Kyiv in 2003. The main area of activity is electrical installation works. The owner and manager is Ivan Sribnyak.
As previously reported by USM, in September 2025, the USPA announced a tender for the overhaul of the berth in the port of Chornomorsk.
