Warehouse space will be leased in the port of Reni

The State Property Fund will hold an auction for the lease of premises in a warehouse in the Reni port.

Warehouse No. 5 on 2.26 thousand square meters in the port of Reni will be leased for five years. The auction, published on the Prozorro.Sales website, is scheduled for July 24, 2023.

The premises are in satisfactory technical condition.

It was also noted on the website of electronic auctions that the winner of the auction can use the premises without restrictions regarding the purpose of the object.

The starting price of the lot is UAH 70.18 thousand per month.

As previously reported by USM, in July 2023, the dry cargo Cape Scott with a record deadweight for the Danube of 28,747 tons entered the port of Reni.
