Zelenskyy invited Switzerland to join food supplies to Syria

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has proposed that Switzerland join the food supply to Syria.

The President made a proposal to help Syria to Swiss President Karin Keller-Sutter, Zelenskyy said in his address.

“And another component — together we can help stabilize Syria. I have proposed that Switzerland join the food supply to Syria,” the President said.

According to him, Ukrainian food and Switzerland’s financial participation, together with other partners in this humanitarian program, are what can help the people of Syria establish a normal life after the war and Russian military actions. Earlier, USM reported that Ukraine will set up the Grain from Ukraine program to cooperate with the Syrian administration.
