Exports through the “grain corridor” fell by another 31%

Over the past week, Ukraine exported 450.3 thousand tons of agricultural products through the ports of Great Odesa.

During the last week, from April 24 to 30, 2023, 450.3 thousand tons of agricultural products were exported through the sea ports of Odesa. This indicator is 31% behind the volume of shipments through this channel a week ago, reports UCAB.

Thus, the number of loaded vessels was only 11 units — 4 vessels less than the previous week. This is the lowest weekly shipment figure since 2023.

During the 39th week of operation of the “grain corridor”, the following were exported the most:

• wheat — 52% of total exports during this period;

• corn — 43%;

• sunflower oil — 4%.

The operation of the “grain corridor” continues to be inefficient due to the blocking of vessel inspections by the terrorist country. Inspections of ships do not take place every day, messages from the russian side periodically appear about the termination of the “grain corridor”.

In total, since the beginning of the “Grain Initiative”, Ukraine has exported 29.3 million tons of agricultural products to the countries of Europe, Asia and Africa.
