Currently, 70% of Nibulon’s exports lay on the Bessarabska branch
“Nibulon” continues to develop its branch in Izmail. In particular, the branch already processes 200,000 tons per month.
“Nibulon” has already exported the first million tons of grain from Izmail — 70% of the company’s total exports are accounted for by the “Bessarabian” branch. The company’s director of logistics, Serhiy Kalkutin, told about it in the material of Economic Truth.
Also, the company has already reached a capacity of 200,000 tons per month and plans to increase this figure to 300,000 tons.
In general, “Nibulon” invested $18.5 million in a warehouse for 9 thousand tons, equipment for unloading wagons and a capacity for 2 thousand tons. The next phase involves the construction of an elevator for 86,000 tons, which will cost about $20 million. The company also plans to build a flour mill.
In addition, “Nibulon” currently cannot use dozens of its vessels on the Danube, because they are stuck in Mykolaiv.
“It is important for our model to evacuate our fleet. Erdogan negotiated the evacuation of the Turkish fleet, which was stuck there. We raised the issue of removing the fleet with all flags as part of this process, but this plan was not implemented,” Kalkutin states.
