Nibulon

Nibulon has signed a long-term contract for international transportation on the Danube with the Romanian company TTS (Transport Trade Services) S.A.

The company is reorienting itself to its own capacities on the Danube in order to be less dependent on the Black Sea route, which is regularly attacked by the Russian Federation.

The Ukrainian agroholding “Nibulon” has successfully passed certification for two more types of mine action activities.

In 2026, the company’s tax deductions to the community budget will potentially increase by 25%.

In 2025/26 MY Nibulon increased exports to 3.15 million tons against 2.39 million tons in MY 24/25 (+32%).

A 30% increase in Ukrzaliznytsia’s freight rates could increase the cost of delivering grain from the elevator to the port by $3–4 per ton.

In 2025, Nibulon exported products worth UAH 24.6 billion and ranked seventh among the largest exporters of Ukraine.

Ukraine has sent a cargo of corn to Algeria for the first time since 2023. As part of the cooperation, four ships with 122 thousand tons of grain were shipped.

The court recognized the losses of the agricultural holdings “Nibulon” and “Agroton” in the occupied Luhansk region at more than 6 billion UAH.

Over the past four years, the Nibulon agroholding has invested in key areas of business transformation, including $45.4 million in logistics.
