Ukraine will be able to resume the safe export of agricultural products by sea when it receives modern F-16 fighter jets.
Ukraine needs F-16 aircraft to maintain the safety of shipping in the Black Sea. The issue with the supply of fighters has already been resolved, but it will take some time to implement these plans. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba on the air of the France 24 TV channel, writes “RBK-Ukraine”.
“If we have the F-16, we will not be dependent on Russia for the export of Ukrainian grain to global markets. The sooner we get the planes, the sooner we can launch the new protected corridor,” the minister said.
