The Russians began to fence off the Crimean bridge to save it from a new attack by drones.

The invaders began to set up barricades around the Kerch Bridge. In this way, the Russian Federation hopes to protect the illegal structure from being hit by underwater drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The relevant footage was published by rosZMI.

The barrier fences will completely block shipping under the Crimean bridge. It is noted that the invaders plan to install such structures along the entire length of the building.

It will be recalled that on July 17, an explosion occurred on the Crimean Bridge, which significantly damaged two spans of the bridge. The Russian Federation blamed the Armed Forces for the incident. Initially, the occupiers wanted to repair the building by November, but later the restoration dates were postponed until at least the end of the year.

The Defence Intelligence commented on the explosion on the bridge, stating that the damage to the structure significantly complicated the logistics of the Russian invaders.
