Russian wheat exports increased by 200,000 tons compared to last year.

However, as of August 15, the volume of concluded contracts for the sale of Russian wheat amounted to 5.4 million tons compared to 1 million tons a year earlier, rosZMI writes.

Analysts estimate the export of wheat from Russia in August at 4.8-5.1 million tons. The export of wheat in the season is estimated at 48.1 million tons. At the same time, the competitiveness of Russian wheat is expected to decrease in the near future.

It will be recalled that since the beginning of June, the Russians have exported stolen Ukrainian grain from the occupied Crimea at least 19 times.
