Vitaliy Koval, head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration, may become the new head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

This week, the Verkhovna Rada plans to appoint a new chairman of the State Property Fund. People’s deputy  Oleksiy Goncharenko reported this.

According to his information, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy submitted to the Council the candidacy of the new head of the Fund – the head of Rivne Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Koval.

Vitaliy Koval (42 years old) is the current head of Rivne Regional Military Administration. He graduated from the Ternopil Academy of National Economy, majoring in “Banking”, majoring in “Economist”. MBA (Master of Business Administration) of the Lviv Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University, member of the academic council of the UCU Business School. Graduated from Aspen Institute Kyiv.

From 2004 to 2006, Koval worked in the banking sector, in particular in the credit department of JSC “Ukrgasbank” and LLC “Probank Consult”. In 2006-2019, he headed enterprises in the agricultural, transport and construction industries (Investtradeservice LLC, Sanako LLC, VVV Montage).

It will be recalled that until September 5, the State Property Fund was headed by Rustem Umyerov, who is currently the Minister of Defense of Ukraine. Oleksandr Fedoryshyn is currently performing the duties of the head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
