Russia wants to export 70 million tons of grain in 2024


Russia plans to send the main volumes of agricultural products to Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, India and China.

In 2024, Russia plans to export up to 70 million tons of grain. This is reported by Latifundist with reference to rosZMI.

Thus, according to Russian Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev, last year the Russian Federation exported agricultural products worth 43.5 billion dollars. Wheat, corn and barley accounted for the majority of shipments.

Previously, USM wrote that Egypt increased the volume of imports of Russian grain. Grain supplies from the Russian Federation to Egypt last year accounted for almost half of the total volume of trade between the countries.
