The Prime Minister of Italy commented on the Russian attack on the Odesa port
The Italian Embassy in Ukraine published the corresponding statement of the Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
The Prime Minister of Italy condemned the Russian missile attack on Odesa. “European Truth” writes about it.
“This yet another Russian act of intimidation will have no effect and will not weaken the Ukrainian resistance, which is unwaveringly supported by Italy and its government,” Meloni said.
We will remind, on March 6, the rashists launched a missile from the Crimea at the Odesa seaport. At that time, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi and the Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis were at the facility.
According to the media, the rocket exploded just 500 meters from the politicians. Currently, five people are known to have died as a result of the enemy attack.
Top EU officials reacted to the incident almost immediately. The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, called the Russian attack vile, and the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, called it “even more shameful than usual.”
